Amazing property!

The Villa: Rating 10/10 This property is just amazing. The location is perfect and everything is very close (with scooters) and convenient. Waking up in the morning with the sea breeze and sound of the vawes is... priceless. The villa is a top-notch condition and everything was well maintained. 
Maid: Rating 6/10 Lek, the maid of Villa Sabai Jai is very friendly and helpful. She prepared great breakfast. The island: Rating 10/10 Don't come here! (Ironic). Simply for one reason: This island is the best I have ever seen, even better than Seychelles or Maldives. But if more tourists come, I think it will loose the "village flair" soon. If you come here, you don't want to leave anymore. It's a paradise on earth where anything goes and your wishes will come true. I fell in love with Koh Tao, big time.

The villa is just unbelievable

We had an amazing stay. The villa is just unbelievable. We (a couple and 2 kids) had a tough time leaving. Did I mention how wonderful the house is? We spent hours looking at the sky, enjoying the moonlight. You are surrounded by beauty at every hour of the day. By our usual standards it was an expensive stay, but so worth it.

Magisk og fortryllende. Luksuriøst belliggende på klippesiden og med en havudsigt der slår alt hvad du har oplevet før. Tilbegelænet, afslappende og super luksuriøst.
Dette er det bedste vi har prøvet nogensinde.
Villa Sabai Jai er beliggende på den sydlige del af Koh Tao, og er totalt uforstyrret af andre rejsende. Her finder du tid til fordybelse og ro, samtidigt med at der ikke er langt til byen forlystelser hvis det er du du søger.
Ejeren har lavet 2 mapper der er vældig informative omkring hvad du bør se og spise.
Husbestyren - Lek - yder en fantastisk service og laver en fantastisk morgenmad efter eget ønske.

Traumhaft schön

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Koh Tao und haben die Villa Sabai Jai für 6 Tage gemietet - es war einfach traumhaft und die beste Entscheidung für einen erholsamen Urlaub! 
Mit Bob, dem Besitzer, war ich von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Buchung in sehr nettem Kontakt, er hat freundlich alle meine Fragen beantwortet, Tipps gegeben und die Abwicklung der Buchung war absolut unkompliziert. Wir fühlten uns ausgezeichnet betreut!
Wir reisten mit der Fähre Lomprayah von Koh Samui an, wurden von einem sehr freundlichen Fahrer abgeholt und zur Villa Sabai Jai gebracht, wo wir von der Haushälterin Lek sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. 
Die Villa Sabai Jai liegt traumhaft schön und vor allem sehr ruhig zwischen 2 Sandstränden, auf einer Höhe von ca. 30m, einem großen Salzwasserpool mit einem atemberaubenden Fernblick über das Meer - sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch Sonnenuntergang konnte man genießen!
Die wunderschön eingerichteten einzelnen Villen sind an 3 Seiten mit Faltglastüren zu öffnen; der freie Ausblick auf das Meer (inkl. Sonnenaufgang) ist somit sensationell. Die sehr großen Badezimmer sind in modernem Steinlook mit Regenduschen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. 
Lek, die Haushälterin, hat uns täglich ein sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück zubereitet, die Zimmer und die Villa gründlich gereinigt und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. 
Zum Meer waren es nur ein paar Minuten einige Stufen hinunter. Beim Schnorcheln sahen wir neben diversen Fischarten auch Schildkröten und sogar kleine Haie – ein tolles Erlebnis!

Beautiful Holidays in this amazing villa between Sky § Sea

First, this Villa is an absolute Jewel,
very well conceived, beautiful decoration inside,
it is nice that the rooms are separated, the swimming pull
is very clean and pleasant. When you arrive the first
time the impression and the views are very impressive.
It is nice, quiet and secluded but not too far of the main
village on Koh Tao. To get to the village or to the nearest beach
you must take cabs or bikes, the way is quiet difficult, 
a lot of steep roads but you get used to it very quickly.
All and all an amazing experience, very high-end !
Bo, the landlord and Lik, the woman who takes care
of the house are very pleasant and helpful.
We had a great time there with my family, we stayed a week.

Amazing villa built on the most perfect spot on Koh Tao

The whole ambiance, the enviroment with its breathtaking view can't be captured in pictures indeed. This place is just amazing. We were a group of 6 people enjoying ourselves as well as relaxing around the villa for 4 days. Every once in a while we took a swim in the saltwater infinity pool or had a drink in the lovely lounge above the ocean. The place is perfectly designed and furnished in every detail. The 3 bedrooms are split in 3 different houses, each one of it with its own charme. A lovely breakfast is served by the housekeeper every morning, who also helps organzing the dayplans exploring the island. The villa is definately worth the visit.

I was here in January with my family and we will definitely go back next year.
This is a fantastic place. We had a marvellous time and really enjoyed the view, the lovely rooms, the pool area and the service we got.
The rooms are really nice decorated and the view from all of them are amazing. Just look at the pictures - That is how they look for real!
The pool area is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and of course just enjoying the view.
The Villa is not suitible for small active kids due to the risk of falling down from pool side and stairs.
